:: Worm Reduction Gearbox ::

Worm Reduction Gear Boxes are normally manufactured with size from 1.125 to 14 inch based on center distance. Each size has ratios from 5:1 to 70:1 in case of single reduction gearboxes. CPEC offers up to 4900:1 ratio by combine double reduction gearboxes. These gear boxes are capable of transmitting power from fractional horsepower to 165 HP. The design parameters of worm and wheel are in accordance British Standard BS-721-1963.

The range includes variety of drives in following designs like R, RI, RV, RARV, RVS, SRV

R type = Standard under driven
RI type = Standard over driven
RV type = Vertical out put shaft
RARV type = Vertical output shaft with bearing support for agitator application
RVS type = Vertical output shaft for std stirrer application
SRV type = Special vertical output shaft for heavy duty stirrer application
D Mounting type = Vertical input shaft type

:: Hollow shaft Worm Reduction Gearbox (SMWG) ::

These are Standard worm gearboxes with hollow Output shaft. We also supply Flange on output side or torque arms to facilitate easy mounting. The gearbox size from 40 to 120 and ratio from 5/1 to 70/1.

:: JPMW ::

JPMW is a range of compact, low torque worm geared motor with hollow input and hollow output shaft having power rating from 0.18 Kw to 4.0 Kw and ratios from 5:1 to 70:1

:: JPMH ::

These are the combinations of Helical and a Worm Gears which Gives us more efficiency, with the advantage of Varity of mountings and very compact Designs over Worm Reduction Gearboxes.

JPMH is a range of helical-worm geared motors having power rating from 0.07Kw to 1.93 Kw ratios from 45:1 to 308:1 with hollow or solid output shaft

:: Power Master ::

PM is a range of high torque worm geared motors having power ratings from 0.5Kw to 43.5Kw and ratios from 8:1 to 307:1, with hollow or solid output shaft.

:: Inline Helical Motors ::

Inline Helical Geared Motor is combinations of Helical Gearbox and Electric Motor as one unit to give compactness and strength to meet most of the requirements where input and output shafts are co-axial having power rating from 0.25Kw to 45Kw.

:: Parallel Shaft Helical Gearbox ::

‘CPEC’ manufacture custom-built Parallel Shaft Helical Gearboxes in Single, Double, Triple & Quadruple configurations to suit individual requirements.  These are Shaft mounted as well as foot mounted Gearboxes.

The gearboxes are capable of transmitting power up to 2000HP, The ratios offered are 1.2:1 to 800:1 and both C.I or fabricated casing can be offered.

:: Lift Duty Gearboxes and Lift Machines ::

‘CPEC’ manufacture special Lift duty worm Gearboxes for Passenger/ Industrial Lifts for major Lift manufacturers. The ratios are 25:1 to 40:1 and size 4 to 12 center distance Lift Gears are normally of ‘R’ type and Lift Machines are fabricated to suit specifications of Elevator manufactures.

:: Aerator Gearboxes ::

Specially designed Gearboxes for surface Aeration plants and Water Treatment plants are manufactured by us. The power rating from 5HP to 75HP for 2 or 1.5 service factor. We also offer Customer-made output rigid coupling halves.

:: Extruder Gearbox ::

Variety of Extruder Gearboxes for plastic industry from 3HP to 50HP Input with standard ratios are manufactured by us. The main feature is internal thrust bearing on customized hollow output shaft and barrel adopter.

:: ACVS & MCVS pulley ::

Manual and Automatic controlled variable speed pulleys to achieve infinitely variable output speeds and suitable for Fractional HP to 20HP are manufactured by us.

The speed variations ratio of ACVS pulleys are 2:1,3:1,4:1 suitable for Fractional HP to 20HP and MCVS pulleys are 8:1 suitable for Fractional HP to 8 HP.

:: Special Drive Systems (central clariflocculator and peripheral) for Effluent and Treatment Plants ::

For specific applications of high output torque and low output speeds, we have, over last 30 years, designs and manufactured a large range of these drives.
